Due to the high demand and large number of orders during the Halloween and Christmas seasons, we’re unable to process cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed. Please make sure to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

All placed orders are non-refundable, except in cases where a replacement or reshipment is required (for example, if an item is lost or damaged in transit). Please read the detailed policy for more information.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
